Curbside pickup

I am offering free curbside pickup for work purchase online at my studio. This will be by appointment only.. My studio is located in NE Portland.

Shipping

*NOTE: This is my first attempt with online sales. If your shipping charges appear too little or too large please purchase the pieces you want, I will do what is fair and accurate for shipping costs by either refunding the overage or charging additional for shipping if needed. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Timeline

Work will be shipped out within five business days. I ship work with UPS and Fedex.

Packing Material


I use a combination of materials to pack - corrugated cardboard, peanuts, bubble wrap and paper products. I try to balance the approach of direct re-use and  eco-friendly materials while ensuring that the pots make it to you safely. I reuse packing material as much as possible (like styrofoam peanuts) in order to be more eco-friendly. The results may not always be the most aesthetically pleasing. But, as long as the work arrives safely we are good.

Gifts


At the time of purchase, please let me know if the pieces are a gift, so I can include a personal note if you would like.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within five days. Return shipping costs and safe return are the responsibilities of the customer. Contact me for more information regarding exchanges.
